I was visiting family in Durham and popped a tire on a late Wednesday afternoon. I called Kendrick at Mason’s and he was there within the hour took my tire replaced it and had it back on my car in no time flat. He was kind, courteous and super helpful explaining everything he was planning to do. One of the best! Highly recommend him.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a flat tire late at night and was worried about finding help. Thankfully, I found Mason's Towing and Tires, and Mr. Kendrick was there to assist me. 🙌 I had to replace the entire tire, and he gave me an amazing price—seriously much lower than the big tire stores! 💯 He even gave me an extra discount, which I truly appreciated. 😊 I actually had to search for the shop's name and address just so I could come back and leave this review because I wanted to recognize the excellent service I received. Thank you, Kendrick, for all your help and kindness. Keep up the great work, bro! 👏🚗 Wishing you and your business continued success! ⭐

I was stranded in Chapel Hill and to my surprise on Father’s Day they were still available, made an easy coordinated repair and transaction, the best communication rather than stuck guessing for hours, super friendly and understanding! A ton respect and thanks to these guys helping me in the middle of the night on a holiday stranded to two cording tires and no spare!!!

Today someone dropped somethings out of the bed of their truck on 540... it hit my driver tire ...popped and sent me flying. Sunday of course of all days...no one was open...then I found Mason's. I called...Mr Kendrick answered promptly. I told him what happened , i asked if he had a tire that would fit. He said first thing...are you ok ma'am? That's most important. And yes ma'am, I do have your tire..we are open 24 hrs. Take your time .breathe and I'll be waiting on you. He also let me know upfront , there was an after hours charge ...so the tire mounted and balanced was $75. #1 THANK YOU 😊 🙏 for being so kind and helpful. #2 the prices are amazing 👏 for a Sunday after hour's. You really can't beat it. #3 he got my tire changed so quick. Im humbled by this mans kindness and amazed 👏 by his quick response and turn around. THANK YOU KENDRICK!!! 😊 🥰 You will be getting all my business for now on.
